Embodying Joy Teton Retreat

I've been away from this blog for awhile, as I've been focusing on creating the Embodying Joy presence over here! The energy and focus of the last year came to fruition in last week's Teton Retreat, in which participants from all over the U.S. gathered on the shore of Jackson Lake in Grand Teton National Park for a week of laughing, playing, and connecting with their inner Joy.

So what happens when people meet with a shared intention of exploring and expanding into greater Joy, then explore exquisitely beautiful sites, share deep connecting conversations, dine on healthy, life-giving foods, and then laugh, laugh, and laugh some more? Profound, heart-opening, life-changing transformation! Oh, the Joy!
